Fortunately, there are many organizations, activists and communities that together encourage LGBT people.
Firstly, there are LGBT communities around the world that support and protect these people. These communities generally celebrate pride, diversity, individuality, and sexuality.

Secondly, there are Civil Society Organisations that provide support to community members on financial and human resources management (U.S. Embassy & Consulate in Vietnam 2014).
Thirdly, Government also help LGBT community by prohibiting and punishing discrimination and violence based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
Moreover, United Nations Agencies also help LGBT by sharing experience working on LGBT issue, and assigning responsibility for LGBT issues among agencies to suit their specializations such as education, health care and employment.
According to MTV 2018, there are also many celebrities who support LGBT rights such as: Beyonce, Miley Cycrus, Justin Timberlake, Brad Pitt, Lady Gaga, Chris Hemsworth, Hugh Jackman, etc.
Furthermore, LGBT Pride Month is celebrated every June with a series of interesting events and parades in many countries (Winsor, 2018)
Recently, Members of Canberra’s Anglican community have stood up against discrimination of teachers and students in some New South Wales religious schools, after the ACT Government moved to prevent any local laws which ordered gay teachers and students to be fired and expelled.
